Change Management
Facilitated workshops to create shared understanding and ownership of company culture, values and ways of working as well as catalysed change based on personal development and business critical needs. Workshops were conducted across Asia Pacific in close collaboration with country leadership teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Executed job evaluation projects in the Asia Pacific region for strategic business units and joint-ventures, and ensured that all jobs were evaluated with appropriate incentive schemes and salary structures. Co-designed training programmes for country HRs on job evaluation methodology, compensation philosophy and salary benchmarking process. Developed and rolled-out communication sessions to line managers and employees to promote transparency around the compensation philosophy.
Performance Management
Revamped performance management systems and processes to ensure fit with company culture and business strategy. Organised communication sessions for line managers and employees to establish clear line of sight between performance and rewards. Coaching was identified as the key enabler in creating a high performing organisation. Training workshops were therefore designed and conducted to increase line managers’ awareness and effectiveness in their role as coach.
Talent Management
Designed and launched company-wide programme to identify and fast track the development of high-potential, high-performance employees. The programme focussed on the development of both general management and specialist roles. Key features included an assessment and development centre with 360 feedback on leadership competencies, role plays, career counselling, mentoring by senior leaders and networking among peers.
HR Infrastructure
Restructured the HR function and introduced the network of excellence and shared service concept to provide an integrated HR platform and ensure high level of HR support for all business units and geographies within the Asia Pacific region. As part of process standardization and integration across the legal entities including joint-ventures, championed the HRIS project and actively engaged with key stakeholders to enlist buy-in. The HRIS project was implemented successfully leading to greater operational efficiencies. Provided leadership and strategic clarity for the HR team as well as coaching and mentoring to raise professional competence of team members. |
